VRPS Festival and Event Institute Showcase Application

Complete the showcase application below to apply here for the opportunity to perform at the 2019 VRPS Festival and Event Institute Showcase on Sunday, February 24, 2019. If selected, you will gain access to an audience of Festival, Fair and Community Event Coordinators from across the entire state of Virginia.

Showcase Application Rules:

Showcase applications are open to Solo acts, groups or full bands in any genre from any part of the country.
Showcase Application Fee is $25 which must be paid when application is submitted online.
Only complete Showcase Applications submitted by the Showcase Application Submission Deadline will be considered by the Showcase Selection Committee.
Performers selected to showcase must sign a Showcase Contract committing to appear for Sound Check and for Showcase on Sunday, February 24, 2019.
If you are selected to showcase, the Showcase Fee will be $65 for solo/duo acts and $95 for showcases with more than 2 performers.

To submit an application:

Click “Sign In” at the top right of the page and log in, or click “Sign Up” and create an account. You MUST have a SERVICE PROVIDER-FREE or SERVICE PROVIDER-PROFESSIONAL account on Entertainers for Events to fill out an application.
Fill out all relevant information. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk. If you are unable to complete the application during one visit, click the “NEXT” button at the bottom of the page, and all the information you have submitted will be saved as a cookie on your computer. When you return to this page using the same computer, your form will be re-populated with the information you entered previously. NOTE: For this feature to function properly, you must enable cookies for this site, and you should not clear your browser’s cache until you submit your application.
